Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs for international orders. However, we’re happy to assist you in tracking down your package if needed.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us for support.
